Early Bird Special in the First 24 hrs

Remarkable Success – Looking back…

Venturing into new territories (pun intended) is always a little nerve-wracking, and the day before the big new launch made me think back on Loresmyth’s modest history. While not our very first product (that was The Claws Of Madness adventure), our Remarkable Inns book from 2017 was my first big success and it opened my eyes that (maybe) I could make a living with this “Tabletop RPG thing”.

10.000 books sold – a record

Silently passing the 10.000 items sold mark last month, Remarkable Inns & Their Drinks remains our best-selling book to date and celebrates it’s 3d anniversary this year.  Our quirky book on taverns showed what more could be done with what many regarded as a stale topic, and it has since inspired many third-party imitations. The sequel, Remarkable Shops & Their Wares released last April and is already on its way to becoming just as big of a hit as Inns. I am humbled!

A New Wondrous Destination

Fast-forward to today, the eve before our big new Kickstarter launch, Wondrous Expeditions: Forests is the first book in what hopefully becomes another beloved staple in our product catalog. We turn our view outward into nature, with an inspirational sourcebook for roleplaying game masters that help make the journey be the adventure. No more skipping travel just to get to the next dungeon. This book is a fresh new look on a topic many of us can use a little help with: wilderness travel.

With that, I’m leaving you for this moment. I’m feeling excited, nervous, and blessed at the same time. It has been a remarkable ride for sure, and I am looking forward to the next landmarks we will visit together!

Talk soon,
